Which currencies and regions does Amazing G support?
We currently offer prices in USD (US Dollars) and PHP (Philippine Pesos).
How long does delivery take & which countries do you ship to?
Delivery time depends on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. For international orders, allow extra time for customs and transit. (You should also list which countries you ship to — e.g. US, Philippines, and any others you support.)
Can I track my order?
Yes — once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number and a link to track the package

Are the product images true-to-size and same as the real items?
We try our best to represent each item accurately, but colors may vary slightly depending on your screen.
What materials are used in your products?
Materials vary depending on the item — for example we have cotton T‑shirts, PU‑leather shoes, jewelry made from wood or metal, etc. We recommend checking each product’s description for detailed specs.
Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Can I return or exchange an item if I don’t like it or it’s the wrong size?
Yes — please contact us within (e.g.) 7–14 days of receiving your order to request a return or exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags.
How will I get my refund?
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method once we’ve received and inspected the returned item.
